HELD: Postpartum & Beyond
Support for mothers, fathers and partners. From birth through the first three years of parenthood.
The postpartum season does not end after six weeks. The physical recovery, emotional adjustment, disrupted sleep, changing relationships and weight of caring for another human can continue long after everyone else assumes you have adjusted.
HELD is a restorative support package for parents who feel overwhelmed, depleted, disconnected from themselves or simply in need of a safe place to exhale. Each session is shaped around what you need that day, drawing from grounding, guided meditation, EFT tapping and energy-healing practices.
YOUR PACKAGE INCLUDES:
• Four private 45-minute sessions
• A personalized combination of grounding, meditation, EFT or energy support
• One session may be used together with your partner
• A guided reset audio for difficult moments between sessions
• Flexible virtual scheduling

HELD is available to birthing and non-birthing parents with a child up to three years old. Services are complementary wellness supports and do not replace medical care, psychotherapy or assessment by a qualified healthcare professional. If you are experiencing frightening thoughts, severe confusion, feeling detached from reality, or concerns about anyone’s immediate safety, contact emergency services or seek urgent medical care immediately.

UNSHAKEN: THE CIRCLE OF CARE
Complementary wellness support for you and the people you love while navigating cancer together.
Cancer does not affect only the person receiving the diagnosis. Its impact moves through the entire family; changing routines, relationships, responsibilities and the emotional capacity of everyone involved.
The Circle of Care is a flexible, shareable package designed to support you, the family member living with cancer and other members of your immediate family throughout your UNSHAKEN journey.
YOUR PACKAGE INCLUDES:
• Six private - 60 min virtual sessions
• Sessions may be shared between you and up to three named family members
• Each person receives support based on what they need in that moment
• Flexible use throughout your 90-day UNSHAKEN experience
SESSIONS MAY INCLUDE:
• Usui or Kundalini Reiki
• Guided meditation
• EFT tapping
• SOS grounding
• Energetic protection
• Balinese Siwa Murti practices, when appropriate
USE YOUR SESSIONS FOR:
• Grounding before appointments or difficult conversations
• Support during periods of overwhelm or uncertainty
• Creating space to rest and reconnect
• Helping partners or family members process the weight they are carrying

ANCHOR: Support Through Cancer
A flexible support package for people living with cancer and the family members walking beside them.
Cancer affects more than one person. The appointments, uncertainty, changing roles and emotional weight can move through the entire family.
ANCHOR Through Cancer provides a gentle place to pause, feel supported and reconnect with yourself whether you are living with cancer, caring for someone you love or carrying the experience as a close family member.
YOUR PACKAGE INCLUDES:
• 4 private 60-minute Usui Reiki distance sessions
• Sessions may be shared among up to 3 named family members
• A short guided reset audio for support between sessions
SESSIONS CAN SUPPORT:
• Emotional overwhelm and caregiver fatigue
• Creating moments of calm during uncertainty
• Reconnecting with yourself outside the caregiving role
• Supporting partners and family members carrying their own emotional weight
• Making space for rest, reflection and connection
The sessions do not need to be divided equally. Your family can use them wherever support is needed most.
